Nice bike, has been with me a couple if years

    Pros
This is a nice bike. The equilink works great, would love to have it with remote control. Its a goat for climbing

    Cons
The frame tends to loosen a little, so always have to tighten it back again every now and then

Purchased 50% off at a store closing. Bike is great and will likely hang onto it for quite a few more years. All i have had to do the the bike in the 7 years I've owned it was clean it, and change the chain (this winter actually). bike is holding up great.

    Pros
    Bike is solid.
    Very comfortable and confidence inspiring.

    Cons
    Hayes So1e brakes are junk.
    Handle bars are narrow.
A little on the heavy side.
No rear lockout on rear shock.

    Don't buy!

The frame design is deeply flawed and it seems that Felt couldn't care less. No response.

Frame only lasted 2 seasons of Georgia trails!!

    Pros
    Lightweight with deep suspension

    Cons
The bike is sold as "All Mountain" but the bolts and threading system in the rear suspension is idiotic and will not hold up to all mountain riding. Moderate drops or jumps will absolutely destroy the equilink bolts and ultimately the frame.

Try this bike if you're looking for a racy 29er with a bit more travel than an XC bike without the climbing (weight/efficiency) penalty.

    Pros
Super stiff climber with yards of travel for ripping descents. Lightweight build makes it easy to float over rocks and ledges. Love the dropper post on this bike.

    Cons
Would like to try this bike with a Fox CTD shock for a bit more tunability.

Do a wider bar and a shorter stem upgrade. This beast just got even better. These upgrades give you a centered cockpit position which allows you to be more stable and aggressive on this bike. Even better allows it to become more capable on those downhill sections and fun too.

    Pros
I own the 2010 it's a great bike overall. It's pretty light too.

    Cons
Cockpit out of the box is super twitchy and has a forward cockpit position.

This is a XC race bike, no doubt. It has the fast climbing attributes but is twitchy on the descending. Also, the rear suspension is stiff. Use it for what it was designed for and it won't be a problem.

    Pros
    Stiff
    Light
    Quick

    Cons
    Twitchy

    Great frame.

    Pros
The equilink suspension works as advertised and when combined with propedal does a great job at providing a stable pedaling platform.

    Cons
Heavy for felt. Also rather large even in small.

I would highly recommend this bike! Like I said, best bike I've ever ridden. We now have 4 of them in our family!

    Pros
I'm actually on the Virtue Team, which does not look to be available in 2010. Best bike I've ridden, period! 5" of travel, but light (mine is about 26.5 lbs), accelerates like a hard tail, but very comfortable for the long rides (have done a few 100 milers on this bike!). Handles like a dream!

    Cons
A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!

Your typical weekend warrior (53 yrs)who enjoys riding upper end intermediate trails. The smoother ride and excelent climbing abilities makes this bike a favorite. I'm riding about 30 miles a weekend, including Fridays. Hardtails are a thing of the past for me.

    Pros
Climbs very well, Equilink works as claimed, it does eliminate pedal bob, smooth ride on rough stuff, I got a great deal....$1,650 out the door. Exclt componets.

    Cons
So far so good, waiting for the miles to add up before I critize anything. Going to watch the rear susp.
