i highly recommend this bike to heavy users, that need a reliable means of transportation.
Pros good start to building a ideal urban/commuter bike. i had to upgrade the wheels and tires though, as the factory rear wheel was badly out of true.
You can't go wrong with the Dawes Haymaker 1000 for an entry level bike. Sturdy, smooth riding... Shifting is okay. Good disc brakes front and back! And you won't find these components on similar bikes for the price offered... Shipping included!
Pros Good Sturdy bike for the money. Great entry level bike.
Cons I didn't like the Bear trap pedals. They seem a little on the cheaper side. Same with the forks. Bike requires some assembly.
