The Next Chapter of Northern California XC Racing
For 30 years, 3CX has delivered fast, flowy, grassroots mountain bike racing. What started as a local Central Coast XC race series has grown into Northern California’s largest XC mountain bike race series.
In 2027, the anniversary season becomes the most diverse 3CX series yet: three early Fort Ord races, then BLM Blaze, DeLaveaga Dual, Toro Bravo, a wildcard venue, and a return to Fort Ord for the Series Finals.
For riders searching for one of the best XC race series in California, 3CX delivers the classic mix: fast courses, all-weather racing, strong fields, junior racing, team energy, real community, and affordable race-day logistics.
For sponsors, the 2027 30th Anniversary Series creates a bigger platform across the Bay Area, Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz, and the Central Coast — connecting brands with riders, families, teams, fans, and one of California’s most established mountain bike racing communities.
