Interesting topic as I am looking to start my training for the TNGA this week – not possible to train for 4-6 days straight on the bike but I will be putting in some heavy days – 5-7 hours on the bike before I attempt it.

I usually hit Tue Wed Thur with 1-2 hours on the bike – road or Mtn with a varied plan for training, some intervals , some hill repeats and then save Saturday for some serious fire road work spending longer hours on the bike. Sunday is usually recovery ride. Just my 2 cents!
