I was able to do that to get the tire back in, but now the pads are rubbing against the drum. I’ve pumped the brakes and spun the wheel, but it is still way to tight. I need to back the pads away from the drum so the tire can spin free.
On top of that, I don’t know how they got that way in the first place…
