337K to expand 2.5 miles of multi use trail? Egad. I’m certainly not complaining about new trail, but 135K/mile? I can grab a half dozen guys and cut in a mile of trail in a couple weekends!
Our experience with the NPS here in the Blue Ridge is that they drag things out forever. Hopefully the Rocky Mountain High crew will move quicker. 😆
