3rd degree separation ……did mine a couple years ago at age 51. Corkscrewed into the ground after a jump. Felt like I had a handful of gravel stuffed into the shoulder. I was back lifting weights a few months later, but no overhead military press. No limits to bike riding and I was jumping again within 3-4 months, but doing doing small stuff at first. Really messed up my head, so it was slow going. Everyone’s outcome is different.
