I have heard a good idea recently as to building a bike for young ones. My best friend’s son is 12 years old but is at a strange size. My friend Mike took an adult frame and put smaller wheels on it. It fits perfectly and his son couldn’t be happier. Also Mike put on some kick ass shocks that rival my equipment. Sure beats the hell out of some of the youth bikes out there that are lacking in quality and durability.
