French extreme sports brand Cébé has been designing snow sports gear since 1892, and now they are ready to hit the dirt.

Their latest full-face offering is aptly called the Rockgarden, and closely resembles Fox’s new Proframe from the side view. Instead of MIPS technology the company claims that their “in-mold construction ensures a lightweight perfect protection” that is “certified for enduro competitions.”

The helmet includes two different sizes of cheek-pads, allowing riders to adjust how it fits and to remove the pads on long climbs when races require helmets 100% of the way. The design team at Cébé took ventilation into account with every element of the Rockgarden, claiming maximum ventilation with their “360° air channel” system.

Cébé’s half-shell helmet offering is called the Roadgap, which is definitely the sort of jump I would rather do in a full face lid. The shell is about as goggle-ready as they come, with a 3-position visor and sticky rubber gripper on the back side. For the two available sizes, fit is adjusted using a fine-tuning knob at the nape of the rider’s neck. Protection for the Roadgap is similar to the Rockgarden’s “In-mold shell”, and features a super clean, seamless-shell, as you can see in the photo below.
