Rockin’ it out at "Rock it" trail, Aliso Woods Canyon 10/7/13
Torn calf muscle, upper respiratory and strep throat couldn’t keep me down! Today I went to Aliso Viejo to ride the famous (and treacherous!) "Rocket trail". Added elbow pads and wrist guards to the usual armor for this one!
The mountain bike gals at the end made my day!

Great video, as always, Uni_geezer. Yeah, show those MTBers that all you need is skills, no matter how many wheels you have or what size are those.
