      Can a rear derailleur " Shimano Deore XT RD-M781-SGSL" work with "DEORE XT M8000 11 gear cassette??

      I wouldn’t think so, it’s a 10sp derailleur. The 11sp XT is the M8000. I don’t believe the 10sp derailleur will have the range to cover all of the cogs. Someone jump in here if I’m wrong 😃

      I’ve read that the Shimano brand can not exchange between 10 and 11 speed.
