Mountain Biking Wildcat Mound
#232 of 387 mountain bike trails in Wisconsin
This is posted mainly due to the fact that I have heard non-riders speak of biking here, but when in actual fact the amount of rideable trail is very very slim. Most of the trail is third, and even fourth class terrain. There may be a mile or two of it that is rideable, heading up the back side of the mound instead of the railroad tie stair route. This is a popular local hiking spot, and affords incredible views of the area! But for a mountain biking location... not such a good choice. Easily the best, and really the only suitable mountain bike choice in the area is Levis Mounds, and it freaking rules!
