Trail Description
About this trail
The Wagonhammer trails have 3 basic access points as described in the Directions. One for XC riding and two for shuttles.

From the Wagonhammer Trailhead there are several loop options and singletrack opportunity for all abilities and fitness levels. Great exploring can be had as well. Lots of wildlife in the area too, including an occasional wolf sighting.

The shuttle rides are big vertical. All late season shuttles start at Stein Mtn Lookout and you have 5 choices to finish your descent.

Please Close ALL Gates between June 1 and Sept 1.

Review: Some great singletrack to be had in the Wagonhammer System. Either cow-made or elk-made, and after 2010, a bunch of man-made trails when the USFS is done.
