The Summit Motorized Trail begins st South Navarre Campground and ends at Prince Creek Motorized Trail #1255.1.This trail is maintained every year and is in good condition. The trail travels through subalpine meadows and has beautiful scenery. There are campsites avaialbe along trail and water is generally not a problem. Please use existing campsites and use campstoves instead of campfires. via USDA
Beyond Prince Creek Trail #1255.1, mountain bikers are allowed on Summit Wilderness Trail #1259 until the trail hits the wilderness boundary at Chipmunk Pass.

Access #1: From Chelan, drive north on Hwy 97 to Pateros. Turn left onto Hwy 153. Take the Gold Creek Road #3109 for ½ mile, then turn left onto South Fork Gold Creek Road #3107 until the junction with Grade Creek Road #8200- Cooper Mountain Road #R3107. Turn right onto the Grade Creek Road and continue for 11 miles to South Navarre Campground. Total Road miles- 60 ½ . Access #2: From Chelan, take the Manson Hwy 150 west for 6 miles. Turn right onto Wapato Lake Road and continue until the Upper Joe Creek Road. Turn right onto Upper Joe Creek Road, which later becomes Grade Creek Road #8200 for 26.5 miles to South Navarre Campground. Total Road miles- 41.
