From Red Houses you follow a series of singletrack over varied terrain. Part of the route takes in a small BMX track. From the prison along the coast towards St Ouens DH course, a lot of fun. From the bottom of the course back onto a series of single track that takes you to the bottom of L'etacq cliff paths. This runs all the way to plemont some brilliant singletrack dropping in and out of the bays. From plemont its a gravelled track back to red houses.
