Trail Description
About this trail
Fantastic singletrack through pinyon pine and junipers. Start up Boneyard's
switchbacks and straight at first intersection at just past 1.5 miles. Left at
the next fork at about 2.5 miles. A super fun section that winds it's way up
to the road.About 3.5 miles to here. Veer left onto road looking for first right
onto singletrack, THEN, first right onto singletrack from there. This is the
Redneck Ridge descent. Fast winding descent for the next 2.5 miles. Note:
the last half mile plus is very steep, rutted and powdery.

Review: Rode this trail Aug 2017. The last mile or so of this trail is suffering and should be closed or re - routed, it will just continue to erode into a deep rut filled with 3 inches of powder-dirt. Seriously Eagle trail crews, close this trail. It is NOT fun at the bottom. Descend on of the other awesome trails, but avoid Redneck Ridge.

Review: Adding to the awesomeness of Eagle, Redneck Ridge is a blast. One of a few options once you climb up Boneyard, it's got a very different feel than Pool & Ice Rink - a little steeper in parts, a little rowdier/rockier in others. Swooping, fast downhill with some steeps thrown in, and as other reviews mention, some ruts/rocks to keep you on your toes.

Review: Super fun and fast downhill run after the Boneyard climb. Serious fun for a flatlander from Florida!

Review: Yep, this is a way fun downhill and more than adequate reward for the climb it took to get there--definitely worth a run. Powdery at the bottom is an understatement--beware!

Review: After the climb up the buff Boneyard switchbacks, this fine trail meanders through a meadow up to a knoll next to the road. Once on Redneck Ridge, the trail rips downhill twisting and more twisting around pinyon and juniper until you reach the last steep section.Very steep, loose and depending on when you are there powdery. Awesome trail!
