Due to relatively low traffic on this trail, it seems to stay in pretty good shape. I've ridden here several times, while working in the area over the last five years. I clear what felled trees/tops I can, when necessary. Good flow, for all the fall-line drops. Not too eroded, considering light traffic. Heavy rain/age is exposing more roots on some fall-line sections, but all lines are totally do-able, w/proper skills. There is an outer loop in the photo shown in red. The inner loop isn't shown, but ties back into the main. Most of the east-side is pretty flat. Sweet rollers south & west, pretty much all sections close to the lake & inlets to the lake. Momentum is the rule on the drops. Gear selection & power on the climb outs. Look long & read ahead for a good experience. Stay off the brakes, get behind that saddle & roll! A 29er will treat you with a big smile here!
