#325 of 548 mountain bike trails in North Carolina
#10,913 in the world

These trails are somewhat maintained and have an information sign at the trail head directing intermeadiate and advanced riders to appropriate trails. The day I rode these trails the trails were very choppy due to the trees that fell during Hurricane Floyd. Regardless, I would have to call these trails the most technical I've ridden in recent memory. There are countless steep ascents and descents and the trail snakes around the small patch of woods and doubles back beside itself. If you ask me, someone tried to make these trails in too small an area. There are also a couple of dropoffs that I would love to see someone ride because I sure as hell wasn't gonna ride em. Maybe these trails are good when there aren't alot of trees down but they just seem way too artificial to me.
