Review: Stopped after running the Naterace, thought we would pop in for a couple of minutes. 2 hours later we drove away telling stories of the ride. Great ride, cool trails and well kept. The lower trails were muddy but the upper newer trail that someone talked about was in good shape. The flowy trail higher up on the south side of the resovour made the day.

Review: In from out of town and was looking for a quick ride. The reviews on here don't give this place justice. We ran into a local who was kind enough to take us around the loop. There is a whole new upper loop (entrance is right off the parking lot) and some other trails that a group of locals have been cleaning up and adding to the original loop. This is a nice challenge with some real technical roots if you choose that route. It might be short in length but it is not short on fun.

Review: Good place to ride. Has lots of roots in sections. The first half after crossing the bridge has roots and some rocks. After getting near the end of the resivour there a small single wide bridge. Cross that hang left then a steep uphill section. After the climb there's a very nice flow section with some flat fast dirt paths with some roots. Overall an ok place to ride and get the feel of many different types of terrain. It is a short loop, but fun.

Review: If your looking for a technical challenge in the Oneida NY area, Mount Hope has it. Its single tracks are a combination of roots, obstacles and varying hill heights. Its downfall however is the trails length. At just under 2 miles a loop, you will be not winded by the time you make it to your car. Don;t let this fool you - the trail still poses serious challenges where the length of it lacks.
