I rode this trail on a Monday at 11:00AM so I had the entire trail system to myself which is good because it is mostly an ATV trail and horse trail. Lots of climbs!! And lots of downhills! There are a large amount of loose rocks so be aware and bring extra tubes. However, this was one of, if not the best trails I have ridden! Lots of creek crossings, one directly upstream of a waterfall!! I really can't say enough good things about this trail, but I don't think I would try it when the ATV's are out.
Have not ridden a similar trail.

IMO this place should be rated "advanced" "all-mountain". It is not singletrack but it is insanely fast with 2x black diamond rock gardens sections, lots of water break jumps and tight turns. There are some brutal climbs in here, I suggest Black Oak Ridge ( purple markers) to the Orange loop. the Blue loop is also a great ride. I do not suggest the High Mt. Loop unless you climb like Ned O. I would not go here on weekends to many mottos and horses. but if you are here on a weekday you can have this all to your self. There are some great waterfalls and creeks in here as well. I grew up near here and learned to bike here back in the 90's and this place had me dialed for my first trips to places like Moab/ Sedona

Lots of trail to ride but is shared with 4wheelers, motorcycles, and horses. If you are not in shape can be very demanding but has some really fun downhill runs and some steep climbs.

The place has a lot of trail miles. The single track loops are great, but the double track has ruts from 4-wheelers. Watch out for horses too. Very scenic trails. Aerobic difficulty depends on how many loops you do, but there are some challenging climbs that will wear you out. Probably not for beginners
