Trail Description
About this trail
Lewis Morris Park is a medium-small sized park with a very high level of maintenance. There is hardly ever a stick in the trail, let alone a log. In the fall the leaves are literally blown from the trails. There are nicely constructed micro gravel paths yet many sections with an overload of roots. Plenty of climbing, steep but short, nothing sustained. The high quality of the trails makes the descending fast and fun, especially the last half of the yellow trail going clockwise.

Review: Good place for an advanced beginner to improve. Nothing technical here but more advanced riders can get in a couple of loops at speed. Nice place to ride if you're in the area but not a destination ride.

Review: Nice place and easily accessible. Lots of different trails to branch off on if you want. I rode the yellow loop which was a blast...someone else said to ride it clockwise and I completely agree. Some really fun downhill switchbacks and some challenging spots as well. Would recommend to pretty much anyone. It's very well maintained and clearly marked.

Review: This is a really enjoyable flowy trail network. I'm not a local but try to ride here when I'm in the area visiting in-laws. My local riding is much more technical so I enjoy the change. There are some phenomenal downhill sections in here. The perimeter loop is easy to navigate but I find it harder to put together a route through the interior trails and end up doing lots of repeating and doubling back which I can't complain about since most of the trails are fun in both directions.

Review: This trail is very enjoyable for beginner riders to advance riders. Yellow trail takes you all around the mountain and best route is to ride it is clockwise. The climb is manageable but the decent is amazing. This is a must try.

Review: LewMo is a good place for a quick spin for advanced riders but also good for people just starting.

Review: Been riding here since I started biking in March 2016. Well maintained trails with some rocks/roots here and there. Probably one of the smoother spots up north. Beginner friendly but still fun for intermediate riders.

Fast, flow-y, well kept trails make up for the lack of features and technical difficulty. Great for a hardtail!

We average 6-10 miles without doubling back though I'm sure there's better routes to take. Elevation is about 100 feet per mile.

Prefer tougher riding like Jungle, Ringwood, etc but still come back here regularly.

Review: Rode here for the first time and had a blast! The climb up makes the down hill section well worth it. The trails are nicely maintained and parking is safe and free! I will definitely be back there again.

Review: This is always a fun place to take the kids. I always plan routes to be able to go down yellow back towards the lake. Good little root jumps. Glints aren't bad.

Review: It take us about 1 to drive here. There are many closer trails, but we keep coming back.
