Trail Q&A
Rider Questions

Q: How muddy is it? is it rideable this weekend? -b699305

A: It has been several days since we have had rain, so I would think it would be rideable. I drove by near today and tractors were in the field kicking up dust so I'm sure it would be rideable.

Review: A great intermediate trail for learning. The trail in most places is around 1 to 2 feet wide. In a lot of places throughout the trail you will be riding in ruts maybe four to six inches deep this makes it easier to wipe out when going fast. There are also some very steep climbs that, if your not fit enough or are going fast enough you will have to walk your bike up. All in all it is a very good trail for newer bikers and a good workout for the more experienced.

Review: Was pretty flat with some horseback riders. Not technical at all. Felt like I was riding in the park. It was fun, but wouldn't travel to far out of the way and make a special trip specifically to ride there. Overall it was "ok".

Review: This is my "home" trail, so I ride it often. Conditions change throughout the year, but all in all it is a good trail. Many steep drops immediately followed by a steep climb. Most are quick and short. This trail gives you a little bit of everything. Grassy interludes, some trees, some double track and some narrow single track. Some areas might be considered fairly technical, but I am an average rider overall. I find it to be good fun and look forward to continuing to explore more trails in the state.
