Review: Trail is now about 13 miles completely around the lake. A lot of new features! Awesome cx trail with a few drops to keep it interesting.

Review: The trail is now 10 miles! They have done quite a bit of work and made it into a very nice ride. I am not sure of the direction you are supposed to go, but I went clockwise out of the parking up along the dam, then cut onto the trail to the left. this gets the really hard stuff out of the way while you still have some energy. The SE and NE sections are a very loose red gravel that makes climbing and turning somewhat challenging. All along the South and SW sections it is flat and curvy. Looks like you share it with four wheelers. The NW has a nice section that winds through the woods. They have done pretty well marking it up and it was a lot easier to follow this time.

Review: Great ride! Lost the trail a few times, but there are plenty of fishing roads to ride until you pick it back up. Just be careful because a lot of downed trees right now because of the tornado. Flew down a couple of downhills only to be met by a group of down trees, and no way around.

Review: Great trail! But is pretty challenging due to climbs and terrain. It is now 10 miles long and the trailhead is further up the road than the map shows. It is an intermediate trail with a few serious climbs. Their scattered signage shows the trail to go in a clockwise direction, meaning you need to start at the dam and go to the left from there.

Review: Nice trail, great job carving in a single track loop around the lake. Recent markings from a race made it easier to follow but there were spots where I wandered before finding the right way. Almost impossible to get lost, most of it follows the lake edge all around. Small section with a few jumps, some short steep climbs, a few tech sections but all rideable with nice flow. Five free RV spots (first come first serve, four days max) so it's a great stop while traveling.

Review: This was my first trail I've ridden, so take it with a grain of salt. Trail is marked with pink ribbon. Overall I enjoyed it, tight corners and very rocky with loose sections. I did more walking then riding on it due to some of the features. Will be revisiting this trail often till I can mount and ride the whole thing. -Climbs -Rock gardens -Tight corners - Roots here and there -small drops Not only does it have this trail but as I was walking it there are tons of features off trail.

Review: Red dirt trails around the lake area. Some cool singletrack areas but they are sporadic. Not very well marked and there has been an addition of Frisbee gold along some of the trail area. I may have been at the incorrect trailhead, but it was not marked very well. I started at the lake near the amphitheater and worked my way towards the fence. I don't see myself making the journey to ride again, glad I stopped by the National Route 66 museum in Elk City and the Oklahoma Route 66 museum in Clinton while I was in the area.
