Mountain Biking Knob Scorcher

  Add a review
#327 of 548 mountain bike trails in North Carolina
#11,036 in the world

This trail system is extensive and very complicated to list all the trail heads and sections due to the versitlity and the options of trails to take. The advertised riding is some where from 100 miles or more and with the varitey of trails also depends on the techno level you wish to ride. they have every thing you could want plus guided tours. Back Country at the intersection of 76 has maps bikes and can give you directions where you need to go. Its a small town but has a verity of restraunts to eat from. My personnel favorite is the PISGAH FISH CAMP across from Back Country, same intersection. This area is worth visiting and worth a two day stay for the riding.

Getting there
"Look for brevard,nc, then interstate 26 n/s. Follow it to the intersection of 64 to hendersonville,nc. You will see signs for bervard and pisgah national forestry. Also look for signs for the craddle forestry. Awsome water falls and picnic, camping areas.
