Trail Description
About this trail
A quick left from the Hesitation Point Trail takes riders into a 350-foot descent over 1.5-miles through a fun series of flowing berms, tabletops and jumps. The trail then makes a significant climb out of a creek valley to reach the start of a 250-foot, one-mile flow segment that repeats the features from above and adds a rock-fortified section. At the bottom of these jumps, the trail crosses a creek bed and riders climb yet again, following a twisting trail that ends at the junction of Green Valley Trail and Aynes Loop.

There are optional lines to the bigger rock/gap jumps. Other rocks that appear at first to be drop-offs can be rolled down.

According to trail designer and builder Alex Stewart, "The great thing about Flow Trails is that they allow riders with a wide skill range to have a great trail experience. Intermediate riders may coast through the turns and roll over the berms, while more experienced riders will pedal and rail the turns while catching air over the berms. There will also be some optional features that allow riders to choose their own level of challenge. Because the trail can be ridden more or less aggressively, riders can ride cross country bikes. But, those wanting to catch air and ride the optional features, may want to ride a bigger travel bike. Remember that there is no shuttle at the bottom, so ride a bike that you can pedal back up to the top."

Review: Super fun for all skill levels. More geared towards those who like to jump. Lots of jumps and jump variations all the way down. Be careful as a few are technical. Once you hit the bottom of the first down you have to climb back up for the second run. But again more than worth the effort as the second run has even more varieties. Between them both you have over 10 minutes of flowy bermy downhill fun. :)

Similar Trail: Nothing else like it in the area

Review: Just finished the Brown County Epic ride in October and tried this trail at the grand opening. What can I say, it is fantastic. Ride it slower the first time to get a feel for the jumps and gaps, then get back to the top and go fast and hold on! This is a 5 mile long roller coaster you won't forget. It's also a one way trail starting at hesitation point so don't climb it from the bottom.

Similar Trail: Can't think of one I have ridden similar to this
