Trail Description
About this trail
This is far and away the most relentlessly technical route off the Crest. The 7 miles of singletrack never gives you a break from rocks, roots, waterbars and is often very narrow and twisty. While it is shorter than some routes off the crest, it will not be the quickest or easiest for most people. Recommended for confident rockhounds only.

Review: Not fun at all. Rocky, no chance for any speed.

Review: This trail is chunky as hell. Get ready for a beating. Amazing trail, impossible not to smile. Although this is a downhill trail, hikers and Moto bikes come the other way. Pretty dangerous. Bike your long travel bike. Could use a full face, saw a guy split his face open yesterday.

Review: Green's Creek is relentlessly technical! While there are no big moves to be made here, the endless barrage of rocks, roots, and small drops will pummel you and your bike and really test your mettle over the course of its 7 miles of abuse.
This is probably one of the longest, sustained, technical downhills I've ever ridden. I highly recommend it!

Review: Two thumbs waaaaay up for this crazy descent off the Monarch Crest! As you depart the wide open, above treeline, million mile view atmosphere of the Crest, you quickly enter deep, dark, narrow woods with a trail that throws tons of rocks at you from every angle. If you like relentless chunk under your knobbies and have some serious downhill stamina or are willing to take a few breaks, this is your descent!
