Review: This is a perfect trail for beginners to practice mountain biking. There are some challenging climbs and drops, especially one 100 foot 30 degree climb on the orange trail, but overall, everything is marked well and the trails are clear and wide for beginners. Be ready to climb a lot though, it can be exhausting for a beginner to just circle the park once.

Review: Not for people looking to hit real trails. Great if you want to just ride the gravel path and get a workout but watch out for runners, walkers and horseback riders. Going off trail is tempting but there are a lot of unpredictable obstacles and ditches. Also might come across a broken bottle if you go off trails.

Review: For a beginner or a person that wants to get back into mountain biking, I would recommend this network of trails. The trails here are super easy, very wide, will allow you to build your stamina (plenty of hills) and allow you to get accustomed to switching your gears, as you anticipate whats in front of you. I usually bring my friends here first to see how they fair, and after a few trips at Forest Park, they are ready for Cunningham. The only reason I wouldnt give it a higher rating is due to the lack of markers on the trail, but ride the orange trail if you can find the orange paint on the trees.

Review: There's little to nothing going on with these trails. A great park for taking a stroll, jogging or walking a dog. If you're riding in the area, go to Cunningham - CLIMB does a great job with maintenance there.

Review: I had a great time riding this trails. There are a lot of unlabeled trails to explore with some nice small jumps and downhills. Lots of logs to hop over. You have to explore this place and take your time but at the end it's worth the time. There are three main trails yellow, orange and blue. Blue has twisted single track. Yellow is probably more for hikers with lots of stairs and orange is a nice and long trail with one or two downhills and some nice single and double track

Review: This was my first trail and its great. IT's quite scenic as well and the air smells so much better. Some parts can be very steep with lots of stones/rocks. It's almost like a jungle waiting to be explored. I'm just not so sure how safe it is. If anybody is into riding those trails, email me. Safety in numbers.

Review: There is a lot of singletrack and a lot of unmarked trails that are easily found. There are many trailmaps around the park and you just need to follow the orange, blue, yellow, or pink markers and you won't get lost. A bunch of small steep climbs and a few drops make this park a fun city ride. There is even a bowl on the orange trail but its filled with stones and branches. If you want to have a fun biking trip within the city limits, this is the place for you.
