Very good for beginner, very overgrown and paths that are blocked off.

Well groomed and maintained local trail. Some wide park trails and some narrow, tight, twisty single track with a couple fast, flowing descents.
Suitable for families and beginners, though the steep climbs and descents at the roller coaster section are for intermediate or more advanced riders. Rides are often organized on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15pm by the ATOMIC MOUNTAIN BIKE CLUB. See their Facebook page for more.
