Follow railway line through the park most of which is single track , after passing under old railway bridge keep an eye out for left had turn which goes through woods ( fast and twisty) , will lead back on to main track, when ya get to park at end of track take a left on to the road then turn right , go past houses in to single track through wooded section , which leads to a field follow path straight through middle of field then follow single track up and round the edge of fields ( couple of bridges of railway sleepers can be slippery ) , track will lead to kedington , turn right at road then take a left on to path just past the garage , theres a big drop off on the left ( good fun ) follow path past school then turn left on to the road , go down big hill then up hill to T junction turn left , there is a gravel track between houses which leads in to a long uphill section between fields then goes in to a fast downhill gravel section , there are some woods on the left , follow track in to woods , once come out of woods follow double track untill reach right hand turn in to single track covered in bark chippings ( is a fast jump half way through ) then in to gravel at golf driving range, cross the rosd and back in to the park
