Large trail system with options for every rider. Easier trails are near the TH and tougher ones near the mountain. The Roller Coaster is a must ride. While the lower trails are buffed the higher trails Have a lot of very hard, and sharp rock. Pinch flats and cut sidewalls are common. It.s no fun hiking out of there with the bike on your shoulder so come prepared. Area is total exposed (No shade), but is rideable all year.

I-25 Exit 9 go East 1 Blk and TL on Del Ray Blvd. Go 1/2 Blk. and TR on Calle las Lomas. go to "T" and TL on La Reina Rd. Go 1/2 Blk. and TR on Desert Wind Way. Road will become dirt and then go through a one lane gate. TH will be 1/4 mile on LHS. ( not as confusing as it sounds)

Great network with mileage that will satisfy any XC rider. Smaller loops are available for people that may not be as fit. The North DAs has a good loop with rock slabs, a nice drop, and some good jumps.
| ThankSuper fun and challenging desert riding with plenty of fast stuff! I have only been able to race here but would love to go back and ride it just for fun!
| ThankTrails are fun but map is inadequate and trail signs are few. Most of lower trails either climb or descend in fine gravelly tread through washes and terrain in between. Upper sections in the foothills get into some rocky technical stuff. Overall we had fun riding these trails but were a bit frustrated trying to find our way around. Unofficial trails or routes are numerous.
| ThankThere is now a map kiosk at the trail head, take a good close pic before heading out.
| ThankVery fun, flowy trail system. Climbs can be a bit of a grind but are always rewarded with fast downhills.
Great trails and very active riding community.
Roller Coaster is fast, flowy, and fun.

Good fast trail after the rains it has some loose rocks but still enjoyable
| ThankPretty nice trails. needs more markings really. never did find "the roller coaster". maybe next time. Sheriff deputy came through while I was unloading. talked to a few locals, very friendly.
| ThankVery good desert trail. Hot! Bring h20. Some susstained climbs.
