Trail Description
About this trail
The Dillon Reservoir Loop is a paved greenway/bike path that circles almost the entirety of Lake Dillon. While you do need to do a little paved road connection on Swan Mountain Road to complete the loop, the vast majority of it is non-motorized paved trail.
There are some great views from this trail!

Review: I'll give this two stars for the views, but even considering those, the paved bike path is kind of disjointed, running through neighborhoods on the road in spots.

Review: Nice trail, but...

...it's not really a trail. It's a 100% paved bike path with great views and is very well maintained. Includes stop signs, painted lane dividers, warnings signs (for tight turns, limited sight distance, rest rooms, etc).

Did it this past weekend - but on road bikes. We even talked about doing it on MTB sometime, but voted against it. Is good for a safe family ride, except for the Swan Mountain portion.

Similar Trail: Any bike lane (but without cars)
