Review: When I came today most of the trails were not ridden and covered in snow except a small section in the beginning. It was my first time here so I wasn't able to cover all of the trails but I rode most of them so hopefully guys will be riding here in the next few days and pack down the snow on all of the trails. I spent about three hours here and did most of the trails couple of times to make them wider. Hopefully you guys will be able to ride and enjoy my tracks because I had to walk my bike for fifty percent of the time in the beginning because the snow was pretty deep.
Review: Unfortunately there is some sort culling going on in the forest. Numerous trees cut down, most of the trails are impossible to ride. There is one large loop around the forest. All of the beautiful and scenic trails are gone.
Review: Agreed with all that's been said. Currently there is some work being done on the bridge over #400, so If you are coming from GTA, you need to access the trail from the East side of HWY 400 on RR11. If you come form the West, you will not be able to go over #400. The bridge is supposed to be back in place later this fall....if on time.
Review: Simply the best fat bike ride I've ever had last night. Coulson's Hill is set up perfectly for winter riding. The runs were tacky enough for good speed, with definite give... you're still on the edge which is fun. Temps were perfect (shielded from the wind) and the whole track well maintained. Not too terribly technical, but so much fun. I ❤️ Coulson's Hill!
