Trail Description
About this trail
Just one route and it is a single track for beginners it has three jumps and is mainly flat little climbs or
drops every now and then. Runs along river only .8 of a mile though I usually do 5 times for fun but 9 or
10 for good practice.

Review: Yeah, went to scout out this trail today and there are multiple signs declaring this area to be private property. Probably cool for the people that live in Cottonwood estates but the last thing I need is to risk being hassled by Franklin's finest when I'm trying to get my ride on.

Review: Easy quick trail that is one mile long one way. Actually pretty fun. Great to hit 3 or 4 times in a row back and forth for exercise. Great trail for beginners. The directions link took me totally somewhere else but here are the directions. Directions Go from Franklin high school take Hillsboro road north and then turn left at feild stone parkway go straight until you hit cotton lane. Then turn right and take a left on Riverwood dr. Then keep going to the 3rd stop sign on cotton wood dr. Turn Right then go until you see sign for cottonwood clubhouse and turn left. Then keep going until you kan turn right on a road next to tennis courts then go down in the ditch and take the gravel path until it ends then keep going along treeline then when you get to the end of that the trail starts on your left. Keep an eye out for it sometimes you can miss it.
