The Coro DH is breathtaking with lots of drops, jumps and berms. It's a steep down hill run rated for expert riders but it's not extreme. Thanks to wide open spaces and the absence of trees, it's less likely to maim you than most down hill trails but it is steep and rocky at the top. It mellows out as it goes down.Overall it's not as challenging as Coronet Peak's other downhill trail - the Slip Saddle.
It starts near the top of the Coronet Peak ski field's main chairlift but that is normally closed in summer. Access is by biking up the Coro XC trail. It ends at the ski field base building.
