The Carbon Trail is a wide, loose single/double track trail that climbs steeply up to the junction with Green Lake. Carbon trails, also known as Para Me y Para Te, runs all the way to Ohio Pass Road near the West Elk Wilderness.
Carbon trail was a heinously steep hike-a-bike single/doubletrack. The majority of this trail was nasty doubletrack... I wouldn't recommend it. The only reason it isn't one-star is because it pops out into a gorgeous high alpine meadow and access some other great trails.
