Be sure to sign in and out at the kiosk at the end of the parking area. The trailhead is located behind the museum/ log cabin. Most run this trail counterclockwise. Follow white trail markers with bicycle symbols.
Review: I love this place. Not a lot of obstacles or anything particularly technical and there's some awesome views. The hardest part is the climbs but well worth the work when you start going down. Iron mines trail is where it's at!
Review: I thought this trail was a rough one only because of the steep hills. I was exhausted when I was done!!! Other than that the terrain isn't very rough at all with minimal roots and rocks. I'd do it again.
Review: Trail development happening for 2 years now. Moderate skill level trails. Very hilly. Not a good place to bring beginners. The Dirt Line organization is actively developing the trail system here.
