Follow the main road (Wapiti Road) through the park west for 1.5 miles to the Visitor Center and Rock Pond Trailhead which are both on your left. Lots of parking available. The trailhead has been moved to is the back/southeast end of the lot (opposite the Visitor Center) with a little realignment of the beginning of the trail to accommodate this change. The trailhead is full of interesting information and displays of the region. Brook Pond Trail turns off to your right just before you get to Rock Pond. You can't miss the junction.
Just a short out and back to see Brook Pond.
