Review: Easy ride with plenty of shade but poorly marked. There were multiple times that we stopped to figure out which way to go next. I believe that irrigation flags are meant to serve as markers, but I cannot say for sure. It was still a fun ride for my son and me! May better serve as a nature walk.

Review: A nice trail around a peanut field. At this time the trail is better suited for running than mountain biking as there aren't any features or change in elevation.

Review: Good beginner trails, I think they have or are expanding the trail up to 5 miles. Not a lot of elevation change or technical challenges. If your looking for a quiet ride check it out, I don't think this place gets as much traffic as the other local trails.

Review: The Alabama College of Osteopathy Medicine (ACOM) has provided this property for MTB trails. The Southeast Alabama Mountainbiking club is building the trail for beginning mountainbiking. The trail features new singletrack with very little elevation change. It is a good introduction to the sport. Plans are to close the trail into a loop and add some obstacles for skills training. There are no real technical challenges.
