The customer service was great. I wanted a pair of shoes and they were very helpful. My son was with me and he wanted to check out the bikes and they had no problem with me getting bikes out of the racks and letting him sit on them. They even special ordered some bar ends for me and will be shipping them to my house since I live 50+ miles away. I will definately go back.
Cardinal is the biggest bike shop in roanoke and it has alot of different bikes rangeing from different dissaplines and expirience.
