The Nine Line doesn't really have a place anywhere for it. It's okay on smooth trails, but lets you down if you try to push it a bit harder.

    Pros
As a rear matched with a beefier front (Ikon), it grips okay when cornering on smooth flowy trails

    Cons
I really don't like this tyre. I ride on XC trails yet it is a complete let down. I'm running it on the rear. It grips loose over hardpack/hardpack fine but struggles over technical terrain like tree roots/rocks. I feel like the cornering lugs are insufficient to gain traction over technical features when used as a rear wheel.

I'm too scared to send it down more technical sections just because the side wall might tear or the tread might rip (I've already got a small tear in the tread, which wouldn't be good if I was running tubeless).

I would recommend this tire if you never ride on anything wet.

    Pros
Works very well on concrete and well packed surfaces.

    Cons
Cornering ability of this tire is very limited. Traction on damp surfaces is not good. Traction in the wet is next to impossible.

I love this tire on the rear. The only downfall is I usually run my rear tire at 22 PSI, but this 2.0 tire seems to almost bottom out. So I run it at 24 PSI and it is a little more bouncy, but this tire is fast. I was running a Bronson on the rear and it is fast as well, but nothing near this Nine Line. It grips well even in wet conditions. Love this tire. I wouldn't recommend this on the front. Although I haven't tried it, I don't think with it's low volume it would work well.

    Pros
    Tubeless
    Fast and I mean Fast
    Great Traction

    Cons
    Low Volume at a 2.0
