The Kona Honzo DL is one of the most fun bikes I have ever ridden - not one thing jumps out at me other than the geometry delivers an intentionally progressive bike that slays trails of all types. It's a must have for any stable - and the aluminum version cuts nearly 40% of the weight found on the cromoly version (if weight scares you).
Pros - near perfect geometry
- exponentially increases smiles per mile
- fears no trail (XC, Trail, AM)
- spec'd with aggression in mind
this bike has been through Hell and back...twice, and still shreds down the mountain like I just rolled it off the showroom floor, if you've got love for the hardtail this one will get you hard for all to tell.. She is a bad mamma jamma

This 29er rolls really well over tough terrain and the geometry makes it feel aggressive.
