Good for hard packed trails or gravel riding. Would not work well for urban riding, I think the pavement would wear them out quite quickly.
Pros These tires seem to have a low rolling resistant and work pretty well on hardpack smooth trails.
Cons They tend to be on the narrow side and do not have the best climbing traction or much of any traction while wet(climbing out of a creek crossing). The rear did not last long on my bike, the front is haning in the garage to be used as an emergancy spare if needed. I also tend not to like wirebead tires.
This tire makes a better touring/road tire than anything. Once it goes offroad, the traction ends. I do not recommend these tires for anybody. If they come stock on your bike, toss them and upgrade immediately.
this review is for the front tire. i knew the moment i saw this tread pattern that it was exactly what i was looking for, and this tire did not fail my expectations. does a great job on all types of terrain and conditions, has great feel when cornering, and wears well. but at 70 bucks, it better. so happy i'm going to get the rear tire as well. bontrager knows what they're doing and they do it well.
Pros great cornering, very predictable, no dead zones
Rode for a few months and got sick of repairing flats. Almost every other ride I would flat on these. Wire bead does not fold, you get what you pay for. Not for muddy conditions either.
Standard tire for off the floor bikes, upgrade to the conditions you'll be riding.
Pros
Cheap, road tire
Cons
Thank | Edit |Little off road traction, little to no traction in wet conditions.

Thank | Edit |Too many flats.
I have been using these tires for over a year in all conditions. I have not been nice to them, and they are still doing their job. I use the non TLR.
Pros
Good grip, flowy, durable.
Cons
Thank | Edit |A bit too round of a tread pattern.
