Like many of your favorite mountain bikes, Big ol' Fat has an indestructible butted chromoly frame and fork set that is tight, light, and dyno-mite. It's also sporting a SRAM Hussefelt Howitzer crank with 44/32/22t sprockets, SRAM X5 shifters and derailleurs for worry-free, quick action shifting, alloy no-rise bars and 7 degree alloy stem for great steering action, Avid mechanical disc brakes with 160mm on front and rear for all condition stopping, and Kraton rubber grips to keep you in the saddle where you belong.
Now for the Fatness: You're rolling in total comfort and jaw-dropping style on a pair of alloy 26x2 ¾ " wheels--that's right, 2 ¾ inches or 70mm for those of you north of the border or across the pond. Upon these beasts is a pair of 4" tires so you can run them at very low pressure for cornering like the kind from your dreams. And what about big air? Forget about it...the Big ol' Fat has an enormous wheelbase, and the wheels generate centrifugal force like no other bike...this means sweet mid-air and landing control. So now for the first time, it is highly encouraged that you get fat.
