Leave Raetihi or National Park Village on SH4. Turn onto Middle Road. 2.8km in, there will be the entrance into Eura Forest.
I haven't actually ridden this trail but I do know that it's not one of the most popular on this part of the planet. According to https://www.ohakune.info/mountain-biking.html it is a grade 2 trail which is to say easy! They may have underestimated it.
