Fontpedrouse is a forested point-to-point route that is a bit mellower than other trails I rode in the Pyrenees, with some great side hilling and up-and-down roller coaster. But don't mistakenly think that it's all easy--the roller coaster eventually dumps into an uber-steep fall line singletrack through a gnarly rock garden, followed by a near-endless series of steep switchbacks.

Even more 5-star singletrack! This trail is interesting because some parts are easy, and then others are extremely technical. I'm giving it a black diamond rating because the technical sections could destroy a beginner rider.
