			Mountain Biking Rhyvoan Pass

#21 of 72 mountain bike trails in Scotland

Rhyvoan Pass climbs 2.6 miles one-way up a rocky doubletrack trail from the small village of Glenmore to the Rhyvoan Bothy at the top. Along the way it passes the beautiful Green Loch, and offers up some excellent scenery! From the top of the pass, there are a few different trail options, including the opportunity to hike-a-bike up Meall a Bhuachaille.

The views along this trail are great! However for most of its length, it is more like a wide walking doubletrack trail than a high quality singletrack. In addition to the gravelly surface and the wide tread, the water bars at regular intervals aren't ideal for mountain biking. However, it does get better higher up.
