Reconstructed Raider’s Run trails reopened

Marion, Virginia

There are three miles of new trail for mountain biking on the Raider’s Run trail system in Southwest Virginia with another two miles underway. The trails are said to have gradual grades and berms and are made with sustainable building techniques.

Berthoud bike park open

Berthoud, Colorado

The Berthoud Bike Park in Northern Colorado is now open to the public. The park has two jump and flow trails, a quarter-mile dual slalom track, a Velosolutions pump track and a 1-mile XC track.

Sioux City park begins new trails project

Sioux City, Iowa

The Sioux City Parks and Recreation Department broke ground on a new 10.5-mile, multi-use trail system with bike-optimized trails. IMBA Trail Solutions led the design and the plan calls for a mix of beginner and intermediate trails.
