Ergon BA Hip Pack

The new Ergon BA hip pack features a premium waist belt system that’s said to be super stable on the trail. There’s a BOA dial to get a nice and tight fit, and the pack can hold up to 3L of gear. A 1.5L hydration bladder is sold separately.

  • Price: $104.95 pack, $32.95 hydration bladder
  • Buy from Amazon.

Commencal has two new enduro hip packs

Commencal has two new hip packs designed for enduro riding, and they’re both pretty affordable. The capital-E Enduro Hipbag has three zippered and two mesh pockets can be purchased with a Fidlock bottle and bottle mount for quick and easy hydration. The Light Enduro Hipbag is a smaller pack for securely carrying only the essentials like keys, snacks, and a smartphone.

  • Price: $48 Enduro Hipbag with Fidlock (bottle not included), $36 Light Enduro Hipbag
  • Buy from commencalusa.com.

ABUS CliffHanger helmet

The ABUS CliffHanger is a new enduro/all-mountain helmet that’s designed to be lightweight (size mediums are 380g) and comfortable (14 vents) while offering additional protection over a typical XC or trail lid. There are multiple colors and three sizes to choose from. Singletracks will be testing the CliffHanger this fall and winter so look for our upcoming review.

  • Price: $199.99 with MIPS.
  • Buy from abus.com.

Ripton insulated overalls

Unfortunately it’s getting too cold for jorts in the northern hemisphere. Fortunately, Ripton & Co. has a new set of insulated denim overalls to keep us warm for trail building and messing around on the bike this winter.

  • Price: $199
