Cake is a new bike company based in the fat bike mecca of Minneapolis, Minnesota. While little information is available on their website, it does appear that all of the frames are hand-made, and most likely steel. However, what sets the Cake fat bike apart is the wheelsize: 24″, to be exact. You can purchase the frame, fork, and headset for $1,750, or complete builds starting at $3,400.
