From I-90 Exit 101, travel south and southeast on Thorp Highway for two miles, take a right onto Miller Road and follow it to the junction with Robinson Canyon Road, where Miller changes to Cove Road. Follow Cove Road to the junction with Manastash Road and turn right and follow Manastash Road to the end of the pavement. Continue on FS Road 3100 approximately 3 miles beyond Buck Meadows to the trailhead.
